HYPNOBIRTHING COURSES

I offer private classes using a combination of Hypnotherapy techniques and practical antenatal education and fun ,providing a balanced experience to make you feel excited prepared and calm about the magical journey towards the birth of your baby. You may find work commitments and or family life are keeping you from attending a fixed group. You may feel more comfortable in a 1:1 setting  rather than a group setting or you may have specific questions /situations you would feel better dealt with in a private environment.Private classes in your own home is the solution.When choosing these classes you will be able to ensure that classes happen at a time and place that suits you .

COURSE 1

this course will suit you if you have not attended a Hypnobirthing  course before and or managing challenging work schedules , to work around you and your busy life .

this course includes 4x2 hours sessions ,"how to achieve a calm birth "book,MP3 relaxation tapes ,and a certified    Organic 

 natural massage oil and relaxing spray to support  your body during your pregnancy and birth

Course 2

This Course is for Mums to be who have not attended a HypnoBirthing class before and may be about to embark on a second pregnancy .

This course includes  3x 2 hour sessions “ how to achieve a calm birth” book , Mp3 relaxation tapes and a certified organic natural massage oil and relaxation spray to support your body during your pregnancy and birth

COURSE 3

A refresher session  if you have done a Hypnobirthing course before and want to focus on honing your Hypnobirthing skills 

This course includes a 2 hour session  "How to achieve a calm birth "book,MP3 relaxation tapes and a certified natural massage oil and relaxing spray  bro support your body during your pregnancy and birth

Cost £125.00

I also offer sessions charged by the hour @£45.00 where we can address any anxiety or concerns you may have regarding your up coming birth .
